Pyramid of Fortune is a card game where you attempt to build a pyramid of cards eight rows high without encountering misfortune along the way.

The top card is considered the savior card and is dealt face down. This card can save you once in the game, however if you can avoid using this card you qualify for the progressive jackpot (detailed later) should you completely build the pyramid.

As each new row is dealt, if you avoid misfortune you will be given an offer allowing you to cash out. If you accept the offer, the game ends and you are paid. Keep in mind that the offer may be less than your initial wager. The offer is based on the sum of the cards on the current row multiplied by ten. Note: Once you accept an offer, you will be shown how the remainder of the game would have played out.

The egyptian card pictured above is a rare card and saves the complete row from misfortune (as indicated by all cards being highlighted).

If the entire row is of the same rank, you receive a multiplier for the remainder of game to all of your offers. The multiplier is based on how many cards are on the current row.

If you complete the Pyramid (8 rows) without needing to use your savior card, you may qualify for one of the progressive jackpots listed below. In addition, completing the Pyramid without using the savior card will reward you a bonus by awarding the payout of every row. Completing a full Pyramid will also reward the player with bonus Slot Machine spins.
