Mystic Island Membership - Terms and Conditions
- Community Supporter accounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you have an existing pass, you can type !MYPASS into the lobby to see when your next pass activates. This will also display all of your prior passes.
- If your pass is not activated within an hour following payment, please contact pokah@mysticisland.net.
- Community Supporter accounts may be upgraded from Gold to Platinum at any time by paying the difference between the two tiers. Contact pokah@mysticisland.net to make arrangements for an upgrade.
- A Community Supporter account is for a single login nickname at Mystic Island. Nicknames may not be changed nor can a supporter account be switched to a different nickname unless circumstances relating to user privacy exist.
- In the case of a player being banned for cause, membership is not refundable. If you feel your account was unfairly suspended, please contact pokah@mysticisland.net. We never want to ban people, we made this place for people to play at, not to ban them.
- All members are bound to Mystic Island's Terms of Use.
- In the event that Mystic Island suffers downtime for 24 hours or longer, your account will be automatically credited for the period that the site was down.
